警惕！德尔塔毒株来势汹汹，金华这样做丨 Jinhua steps up efforts to contain outbreaks |

刚刚结束的7月，我国多个省市暴发了新冠肺炎聚集性疫情。日前，南京市召开新冠肺炎疫情防控新闻发布会，确认引发此次疫情的是毒性大、传染性强的“德尔塔”变异毒株（Delta variant）。 德尔塔”变异毒株有哪些特点(Features) 一、传播能力显著增强 I. The variant's transmission capacity is significantly enhanced. 比以往其他毒株的传播能力提高了一倍，比在英国发现的阿尔法毒株传播能力提高超过40%。 二、潜伏期或者传代间隔缩短 II. The incubation period or passage interval of the variant is shortened. 从外地前期情况看，甚至短短10天内就传了五六代，病毒传播速度在加快。 三、病毒载量高 III. The variant comes with a higher viral load in a person's body. 感染者样本PCR检测病毒结果显示，病毒载量有显著增加。患者的CT值非常低，CT值越低就表示体内病毒载量越高，患者核酸转阴所需要的时间延长。 “德尔塔”毒株可能存在免疫逃逸，但疫苗仍有保护作用。确诊病例里面没有接种过疫苗的人群，转为重症或者发生重症的比例显著高于接种疫苗的人。相比未接种疫苗的病例，接种疫苗的病例从确诊到产生抗体阳性的时间短、CT值高、住院时间短。 Though the Delta variant may have immune escape capacity, vaccines against the COVID-19 coronavirus still provide protection. 感染“德尔塔”毒株以后有何症状(Symptoms) 被“德尔塔”毒株感染以后，早期症状可能仅表现为乏力、嗅觉障碍或者轻度的肌肉酸痛，症状非常不典型。 The early symptoms of people infected by the Delta variant may be as atypical as weakness, difficulty in smelling or mild muscle soreness. 由于“德尔塔”变异株患者的病毒载量高，呼出病毒浓度大，传染性极强，所以过去的密接概念已不适用。现在密接者的概念是“在同一空间、同一单位、同一建筑，在发病前四天”，和病人相处在一起的，都是密切接触者。 Regarding the Delta variant, the concept of close contact has also been updated, because the new variant comes with a higher viral load in a person's body and is much more contagious. The definition of close contact for Delta has been expanded to include any person with exposure to a confirmed case in the same room, workplace or building within four days of the onset of symptoms.
